While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."

Thank God I shut the doggie door!! I went outside and they were nailing away and the gate was wide open. He ran out of spackle, used some I had and got mad when I told him I could not leave to go get some. I had another guy in the house bidding a project. I asked him why he wasn’t prepared with supplies. He loaded up his stuff and said “I can’t work for you!” He left my job unfinished. I paid him. Thank God my dogs didn’t get out!!
