He worked around my limitations and requests, and truly went the extra mile. We tried to get it knocked out early in the day, since we had to be in the attic, in August. We started at 6am to try to beat the heat. We were done by 2:30pm. The attic was super hot by then, but Mark still got up there to finish the cabling runs.
