"I needed a medium to large move done as quickly as possible, and United Prime Van Lines in Los Angeles exceeded all my expectations. The team was absolutely amazing and handled everything with great care. I had many fragile items, which they packed securely and transported very carefully. They were extremely friendly and courteous. The job took six hours, and they worked nonstop the entire time. They did a fantastic job, and I would recommend this company to everyone. They also set up my hanging clothes and organized my closet. I am incredibly grateful to the moving team for their hard work. I?ve attached photos as well!"

"Keith and his team did an amazing job of moving our furniture from Aurora to Castle rock. It was a very difficult move as there were steep slopes that large items needed to be carried down and narrow doors to get them into the home in Castle Rock. All of the furniture arrived without any damage whatsoever. The guys were very warm and courteous and went out of their way to help us in any way possible. We will certainly use them again and recommend them highly to anyone who needs to have items moved!"

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

"I have used this company twice for various moves. They arrive within the window scheduled and give a call when about 30 min away. They were able to load my previous apartment up in about 1 hour, even with 3 flights of stairs. Total move with a drive of about 20-30 min took them just shy of 3 hours. Nothing damaged. They don't set things back up, but otherwise, no complaints. Would use again."

"I had no idea in the long run.What company I actually was working with. In the end, I worked with two separate moving companies.This company itself actually did not move my stuff, they had other companies do the moving.I think this company is actually a broker and not movers themselves. Also my quote in the end was 2x the origonal because person didnt put right info in my quote. I was told that my items were being picked up by one company being stored in a warehouse could take 2 weeks to deliver. Then it was moved by another company. And when it did get to my location, I was told they weren't able to drive up my driveway. so I had to meet them with a uhaul which was another expense. But it was cheaper than having them put it in a U-Haul and bringing it which would have been another $1500. I did receive all my stuff. It took longer than I was originally told. This company did itself didnt do the move. Verify if your company is a broker or a moving co. Ill only use large like mayflower"

"2 men showed up and were respectful and thorough as far as "thier" policy. Wasted an hour or so wrapping furniture that we expressed we not interested in wrapping. Also charged a full hour for drive time for a 20 minute trip up the road. Proceeded to work at a slower pace than normal to ensure the hourly charges kept adding up. For a 2 bedroom apartment move with 1 couch the pricing was almost 1k. Would not recommend or use again."
