It went perfect from the first time we met Jeff and he had the plan on what needed to get done. He was very organized and professional. The house was put on the market at the correct price and went under contract in 4 days. The house we sold and the new one we bought everything got done so both houses could close on the same day. Loved our experience with Jeff. He did an excellent job letting us know what we needed to do so our house was ready to sell. Sold in just a few days. Then we had to find our forever home.
