"First I like to apologize for the experience that you had with our company. As a small family-owned moving company we do hundreds of moves a year and yes not all moves are perfect, but we have good reviews because we care. When mistakes are made we try and correct them through better training, meetings and etc. Every move is evaluated after it is completed. We also recommend that customers buy additional insurance on top of the move in case any damage may occur in transit. We just want to make it clear that we tried to settle with you on many accounts with a good faith offering. You rejected the offer and tried to negotiate the price. You also refused to go through the claims process in which a good faith offer would have also been made on top of your entitled amount. ?You refused?. You threaten to defame the company because you refused offers and to go through our proper claims process. We tried on several accounts to correct the situation and apologized for the quality of your move which is not our standard, As well as we fired the movers that were on your job. They were trained properly and that is why they were terminated because the job was not done to standards. These Guys had been with the company for a number of years so it was not an easy let go. We tried our best to correct the experience you received. You decided to defame the company on many platforms. You also did a chargeback which was extreme measures that went in the favor of our company. We attempted several times during all these things to be positive with you and try and fix the situation but again you declined and rejected all offers. Again we are sorry for the experience. It is never our intention for our customers to be less than satisfied with our services. This customer was referred to our claims service provider CSI to file a proper claim as required by the law We regret that the customer found it necessary to file complaints on this platform, but we trust that the above explanation enables our future customer to better understand our position in this matter."
