Orange Square assisted with our sonâ s move from Colorado to San Diego in September and then his move back to Colorado in January. We worked with Ron for both moves and he was extremely professional and so capable. Ron provided updates along the way - we felt completely informed of each step. The move was handled with kindness and care. Everything was picked up on time, carefully transported and arrived on time AND in excellent condition - nothing was missing or broken. The movers on both ends of the move were professional and everything was unloaded and placed in its proper place. Anton unloaded in Colorado for us and everything was moved in excellent order. Anton and his team took time and care to ensure everything was set up and completed properly. Thank you to ALL INVOLVEDâ ¦ so grateful!! I would recommend them! I would like to say that your employee Kirill that loaded the truck in Colorado and unloaded the truck in California is a hard worker and very nice young man.

Outstanding experience all the way around. I hired OSM in December, 2021 for a immediate move to NH to care for a dying parent. I was booked quickly, the packers were outstanding with my valuable furniture, and delivery was timely given the distance and time of year. Fast forward to August, 2022, when I finally move to an apartment in NH and my things are unpacked/unwrapped. Perfect condition! My movers here were impressed with how professionally my furniture was wrapped. Ron was amazing to deal with given the stress I was under. And he delivered as promised. The team that packed my stuff - outstanding. On time, polite and professional. They were so efficient and done so quickly I was able to get six hours driving time done the first day. I'm kicking myself because I don't remember the driver's name who delivered - super guy, again SO polite and here right when he said he would be (despite the weather). OSM made a very stressful time in my life easier to manage by their professionalism from start to finish. Too bad my only option is five stars - you deserve ten all the way around.

I'm retired military & DoD - so I've moved my family 12 times through the years. Orange Square Movers is the best of all the companies I've used. From initial phone contact, to billing, to volume estimates, etc. The packers were tremendous - they had years of experience and treated my property with careful attention and a lot of packing protection. The truck was packed floor to ceiling with not an inch to spare - an expert job by a professional with years of experience. This is truly the best value you can hope for. Plus, Orange Square movers don't sub-contract the long haul portion of the move to sub-contractors. It's an Orange Square move from beginning to end. I was extremely pleased with the moving service. They arrived on time and went straight to work. I also appreciated that they brought enough manpower to complete the move from Broomfield, CO to Cheyenne, WY in a one-day turnaround. One of my greatest pleasures was that the team was bright and cheerful but diligent and professional. My highest praise for the foreman Jordan who ran a spirited, focused crew. We will use your services, specifically with Jordon, when we move from my sisters location in CO to WY in December. Thanks I laughed and I needed the stress relief from the tension of moving.

I am going to try keep it short. I will get in the details, with photos and videos, on the Transport Reviews website and BBB. OSM did the worst packing job their own delivery driver said he has seen in 18-years. This is why I am not surprised 3 of my 5 TVs arrived smashed. That is $5,000 worth of LCDs in addition to the $5,000 I paid for shipping. Absolutely appalling. While you are shopping around, do nowt just look for cheapest price, or vice versa, highest price. Everyone was quoting us $2K, but we opted for $5K as we wanted peace of mind. Ended up backfiring, as even for something considered high-end, we are dealing with the stress one month on. Sadly, this is another dodgy moving business. They hire contractors, fire for them messing things up, yet make you suffer for it. The issue with contractors is that they are not trained in the same way as professional movers. Hence, 3 of 5 TVs were smashed because they were poorly packaged. Must mention, Ron, the Sales Associate there is super kind. He was helpful at the start, emphatic till the end. Sadly, the owner of the business does not have the same respect as some of his employees. Other people have had a good experience, and we mostly did, until the remaining arrived at our place. Proceed with caution, and perhaps look over each time as its packed otherwise you are also going to be left hanging having to replace your loved items.

"First I like to apologize for the experience that you had with our company. As a small family-owned moving company we do hundreds of moves a year and yes not all moves are perfect, but we have good reviews because we care. When mistakes are made we try and correct them through better training, meetings and etc. Every move is evaluated after it is completed. We also recommend that customers buy additional insurance on top of the move in case any damage may occur in transit. We just want to make it clear that we tried to settle with you on many accounts with a good faith offering. You rejected the offer and tried to negotiate the price. You also refused to go through the claims process in which a good faith offer would have also been made on top of your entitled amount. ?You refused?. You threaten to defame the company because you refused offers and to go through our proper claims process. We tried on several accounts to correct the situation and apologized for the quality of your move which is not our standard, As well as we fired the movers that were on your job. They were trained properly and that is why they were terminated because the job was not done to standards. These Guys had been with the company for a number of years so it was not an easy let go. We tried our best to correct the experience you received. You decided to defame the company on many platforms. You also did a chargeback which was extreme measures that went in the favor of our company. We attempted several times during all these things to be positive with you and try and fix the situation but again you declined and rejected all offers. Again we are sorry for the experience. It is never our intention for our customers to be less than satisfied with our services. This customer was referred to our claims service provider CSI to file a proper claim as required by the law We regret that the customer found it necessary to file complaints on this platform, but we trust that the above explanation enables our future customer to better understand our position in this matter."

Great Job! Orange Square movers came to our rescue on short notice. Our other moving company called two days before we were supposed to be out of our house for a long distance move. They had an opening and fit us in in one day. The movers were great and kept going until the job was done. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire Orange Square again.

Iâ  ve been meaning to write and thank you, We moved from Golden to Hays, KS, and the move went so smoothly it was unbelievable. Iâ  ve heard such horror stories about moving companies, but our experience was great. It was great to have someone come over and estimate our load, and your movers were very efficient, careful, and really hauled ass. I have found nothing broken, they were careful around walls, they didnâ  t track in snow or dirt, and I could go on. Iâ  m so glad you called and that we chose Orange Square!
