The only reason the customer service category isn't also rated at 5 stars is because there were some delays getting the appraisal completed on time that were not communicated until I made first contact. Better communication would have been appreciated. Otherwise, this company delivered an excellent product at a fair price. I would use Harbinger Appraisal again and will recommend them to others.

Michael was very easy to work with and was a straight shooter. The appointment took about 30 minutes and he told me when to expect my report. I highly recommend.
