We built our company on the premise that the most important thing we can do is not just satisfy our customers, but to completely blow away their expectations. Very satisfied with work they did: professional, efficient, careful (put corner guards wherever their hoses would bump into corners in the house), great communication - texts to let you know when they'll arrive). Will definitely refer them to all my friends + I'll be using them again!

We had some "bubbles" in our carpet that was only a couple of years old and needed to have it power stretched. MSS Cleaning did a FANASTIC job. They were incredibly professional, highly competent and reasonably priced. Their team knew exactly what needed to be done and went above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend!!

We had an ugly pet stain on our MB carpet that I tried to get out myself. I ended up contacting MSS Cleaning and they were there the next day. Very professional and got the stain out. Couldnâ t be happier with their service. Highly recommend MSS Cleaning.

Alberto Salazar, the attending technician for my job, was so accommodating in keeping me aware of how much my job would cost. The job went for 4 days as I kept adding scope to the original job just because I was so impressed with the level of service! Great work Alberto! Your boss should be paying you and the rest of the technicians health insurance.

I have become a customer for life. After awful experiences with other carpet companies, it was a breath of fresh air to find one with the customer service, reasonable prices and amazing cleaning that MSS performed. The company was very accommodating to my schedule, they gave me an actual service time (not a 3 hour window), the carpets look immaculate, and the technician (also the owner) treated our home with respect. My schedule actually changed the night before the appointment, and they were able to accommodate my schedule by coming over 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Just incredible.

MetroSource Services saved my carpet! I have two crazy dogs that I love more than anything, but whom I seriously considered disowning when I returned from my peaceful beach vacation to discover they had used my living room as a toilet for an entire week, unbeknownst to the world's most clueless dog sitter. The stink from the urine was unbearable, but we had *just* installed new carpets. We tried to clean up the room with a rented carpet cleaning machine and hit the spots with every odor removal chemical I could get my hands on but nothing worked. Then I called Metro Source... not only were they able to actually eliminate the odor, my carpets look brand new again! I couldn't have been more impressed with the work they did and the service they provided.

When we spoke on the phone, I provided our estimated price and explained what you would receive in return. The price you paid was exactly the price we discussed prior to setting the appointment. We know that we are not the cheapest service provider, but we are also far from the most expensive. There is always someone willing to offer a lower price than ours, but if quality and service are important, we're the right provider."

Tile & Grout Cleaning
We hired MSS to deep clean tile in 2 areas of our home. They were on time, efficient, and the results were excellent. The grout is as clean as it's been since installation! We will hire them again for future projects.

Metro Source Services came by and deep cleaned 3 carpeted bedrooms, 3 tiled areas, and one large shag rug. The difference was night and day!! They came with commercial grade heavy duty equipment, even for our small job. It was fast and efficient. Alberto did an amazing job! Would immediately recommend them!
