You would be hard pressed to find a design person as knowledgeable and proficient in all the trades of home building. As such my plans take into account the interfacing of all these trades. I also offer construction management for Owner pulled permits. I bring in my former team of subcontractors and make the project happen start to finish for a fee of $100/hr. The Owner paying all the bills and pulling adequate insurances (to which I can guide you). We offer accounting services also.
