Best architects near Lafayette, CO

"I enjoyed our first meeting—in which Chuck asked good questions and listened closely to my answers—and after seeing the early sketches I decided to go ahead with the project. Chuck began by exploring the existing house, making measurements, studying details, and doing numerous sketches. His enthusiasm for the project was encouraging. We collaborated frequently as he developed detailed plans and had them professionally reviewed. The plans moved easily through the permitting process, and they impressed the contractor and his subs once work began: I heard many times that the architect’s drawings and notes were more clear and complete than those they are used to working with. Chuck stayed involved throughout the project, helping me make decisions and offering creative solutions to the small difficulties that arose."

"Marc is an incredible architect and was instrumental in getting our project back on track with the City of Denver. He was always available to answer our questions, brainstorm ideas, helped us navigate Denver building code, and provided some very strong guidance about the building and permitting process. He delivered our project/plans on time and on budget, including a super quick review and approval process with the city. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Incredible job with our backyard masterpiece! Lots of retaining walls, a putting green, pavers, boulders, lighting, and textures that all work incredible together. I am very impressed with how the 3d rendering looks just like the finished product! For any similar project, I would highly recommend them!"

"Frank spent considerable time talking with me and revising my plans to settle on a design that would fit my husband’s and my lifestyle and budget. He was on site every day and communicated frequently about his team’s progress. The work transformed our front yard from a weedy disaster to a clean, modern, and colorful welcome for visitors, who frequently comment on its aesthetic."

"Their team was responsive, detail oriented, and made the entire process smooth and collaborative. They really took the time to understand my vision and well-executed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable servies."

"David did amazing work for us! He was extremely professional, honest, straight forward and approachable. He listened to all our needs, was always very accommodating to our ideas, but also made great landscaping suggestions for us to consider, which we did and they turned out beautifully. His attention to detail was top notch. And, he is extremely knowledgeable of his trade craft. He also returned a couple weeks after the job was completed, to check on how the grass and all the plants and flowers were progressing, and addressed any and all additional needs. We absolutely LOVE our backyard, and spend as much time out there as we can. We would HIGHLY recommend David and his landscaping skills and company to anyone! Thanks again David!"
