"GreenHouse did a fantastic job on our new deck and porch from beginning to end. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"

Semi-Retired GC doing Home Design, Blueprints, Submittals, Project Management, and Consulting with a partner who specializes in permaculture landscape design. 39 years of experience working with Boulder County, City, Larimer County, Berthoud, Jefferson County, Nederland, Lyons, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, etc. Builder of the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse. You would be hard pressed to find a design person as knowledgeable and proficient in all the trades of home building. As such my plans take into account the interfacing of all these trades. I also offer construction management for Owner pulled permits. I bring in my former team of subcontractors and make the project happen start to finish for a fee of $100/hr. The Owner paying all the bills and pulling adequate insurances (to which I can guide you). We offer accounting services also. Just finished an 1100SF addition in Nederland and finished design and permitting for a 3000 SF residence in Jefferson County.
"Jeff is a nice guy, but grossly underestimated the cost of a remodel from the start. Did not get things done in the time he estimated. Missed and was late for meetings. Was disorganized and forgetful of significant parts of our project. After the design and permit phase was completed at almost double the estimated cost and over 3 times the estimated time frame, we made the difficult decision to stop the project. There was no guarantee that the entire project cost would stay within budget or be completed on time."
