"We've never done a remodel before. We live in a high-rise and needed to update our kitchen, put in some pocket doors, and a laundry closet. We thought we needed an architect to give us ideas and the structural parameters within which we needed to work. We bought the Big Deal for an architectural consult. Mr. Madeiros was very professional and offered us a few ideas. He is relatively new to the Denver area and wasn't sure if we needed permits for the work we wanted to do. He called the city for us, which was helpful. He gave us drawings of what we had described and his added idea. It ended up that we didn't need his services as we discovered that general contractor could do what we needed. We had the building and unit floor plans and lots of our own ideas, having done a lot of research. I think if you were going to create something out of nothing, his services would be more helpful.

"This is our second time working w/Cedric (Sonny) and we are just as happy w/our results as the first time we worked w/ him a few years ago. I was delighted when he agreed to be our landscape architect again. Cedric is very easy to work with. He is honest, communicative, and always inspecting both the work in progress and the finished work, to ensure he is satisfied w/it. Cedric also always followed up w/us to make sure we were happy with how the project was progressing as well as the end results. Additionally, he is a good listener and his ideas are very innovative. Cedric's crews are kind, timely, hard-working, trustworthy, detail oriented and do a great job cleaning up. For our current project, we hired Cedric and crews to remove a brick patio and brick walkway from the front of our house. Cedric's crews did the demolition, poured a new sand-finished front walkway, built a stucco and brick wall where the brick patio used to be, planted a tree and installed walkway lighting. The results are fantastic and we've gotten several compliments from our neighbors on how nice our front yard looks. We spent approximately $36K. for this job. Next Spring Cedric and crews will return to do more landscaping in the front yard and along the front walkway as well as some landscaping in our side / backyard. I wouldn't trust our landscape design projects to anyone else but Cedric....he's that good!"

"Henry is great to work with! He and his crew have done several projects for my house. He communicates the plan and expectation clearly, is very responsive to emails and text, and gets work done efficiently. Highly recommend!"

"We hired Atlas (Michael) to create architectural drawings based on our own Sketchup & Visio drawings for a home we plan to build. Michael took the initiative to conduct his own research into a new building product we had intended to build with and was also very patient with us through several iterations of changes to our initial drawings & vision. Michael produced specifically what was promised and educated us along the way."

"Marc is an incredible architect and was instrumental in getting our project back on track with the City of Denver. He was always available to answer our questions, brainstorm ideas, helped us navigate Denver building code, and provided some very strong guidance about the building and permitting process. He delivered our project/plans on time and on budget, including a super quick review and approval process with the city. Highly, highly recommend!"

"I was very happy with my experience with Rock N Block from start to finish. Paul helped with my design phase, and was very communicative throughout the process the installation team was quick and did a wonderful job."

"Steve was great to work with. We had drawings done by an architect we planned to work with who then couldn't meet our budget in the end. We found Steve who took those drawings and made small changes that led to major impacts. Steve helped us build a beautiful ADU. He saw the project through from start to finish. He was often at the jobsite overseeing things. He made sure the project was built correctly and would answer our call every time. He was timely, professional yet personable and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and have to our friends who were building."

"Frank and his team were a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgable, kind, hard working, and did an excellent job on not only our outdoor paver patio but also our interior fireplace stone and feature wall stone installations. Definitely recommend!"

"I hired David for two reasons. I am one the person who taught him for many years, who happens to be a reputable Denver landscape company, but also because a crew I hired to do my outdoor area in my backyard stopped work and disappeared. David completed my kitchen under budget, and with the detail that only a true outdoor Craftsman could do. Highly recommend!"
