We were very happy with the work so we called Jack for our most recent remodeling project which included a full kitchen and living room remodel. This was a HUGE project that went so smoothly and we are thrilled with the results. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. "Mike is great to work with and Mastercraft cabinets are nice for the price. However, the contractor Mike works with, Ryan, was not as easy to work with. The project took three weeks longer than the maximum time quoted, and on multiple occasions we were told work would be done and no one showed. We also had to have work redone multiple times because it was not done right, or very well, the first time. Remodels are hard, but it turned out to be so much more of a headache than it needed to be."
