I have known Jeff Otto with Otto’s Remodeling for more than 20 years. Jeff has completed renovation projects on each of the four (4) homes I have owned. I value Jeff as a master craftsman…an insightful artist at his skill. He offers a plethora of knowledge in an overwhelming variety of areas. He understands and pays attention to both design and function. I find him Trustworthy, Reliable, Professional, Hardworking, Dependable, Honest, Thorough, and Organized. He keeps his work areas clean, listens to your ideas and brings them to life, and pays attention to the details. I have never felt any sliver of disappoint or dissatisfaction throughout the project’s duration…from the tiniest detail to the overall end result. For as long as Jeff continues to offer his services, he is the professional I will trust with my home projects. If I ever find myself in a position to build my own home, I have told Jeff, he would be the one leading the project. I feel he is capable of building from the ground up. I would be eager to offer anyone assurance, if they choose Jeff for their projects, then they are choosing an amazing person for the task at hand, whether small or large.

Project went exceptionally well and finished on time. Jeff has completed several projects for me over the years. His quotes, including time and materials and costs, are well researched so there are no surprises. His work is exacting and his tile work is beautiful. He is creative and offers suggestions to improve the design when appropriate. Since I live a good distance from Otto's business, I compile a list of projects for him to do at one time making the costs worthwhile for both of us. And lest I forget, Jeff is trustworthy!

We use Otto's remodeling for all of our home and rental projects. They do everything from A-Z in full code compliance as verified by inspectors. They show up like clockwork, clean up each day before leaving, and stay on the job until completion. They are very reasonable, easy to work with, and have great input on how best to handle the task at hand. Strongly recommend.

Todd from Otto's Remodeling did an amazing job on installing my new marble tile bathroom floor! Not only was he pleasant throughout the whole process, but fast, clean, and reasonably priced as well. I will keep Otto's in mind should I need additional work done.

The project went as planned and finished on budget. The work is top notch, the area was left clean every night, COVID protocols were observed and I couldn't be happier with the end product. Though there were plenty of hiccups - my old wiring was not up to code nor was my plumbing, walls weren't plumb, etc., they found solutions and were careful to plan thoroughly before jumping in - they begin with the end in mind and don't take shortcuts. They do things right. I'm enthusiastic about using them for my next project.

Used Jeff for several projects and was happy. When a mistake is made, you take responsibility. Jeff has an issue with that. He blames everyone else. Pulled out of a project without notice. Very unprofessional and was extremely rude! Proceed with extreme caution.

December 2018 Jeff Otto and his son, Todd, were extremely quick to respond to my call and were obviously very experienced and knowledgable about the project and vision I had. Jeff was excellent about providing a prompt estimate and was communicative about start/end times. He and his son were reliable and very thorough with their work, from the woodworking itself, to making sure their work is up to code, to the cleanup at the end of the day. They are polite and it was very comfortable having them work in my home for 4 days. The end result was incredible. I absolutely love, love, love the work that they did. I had provided a very basic idea and trusted Jeff's experience, skill, and artistic license to make it happen. He absolutely nailed it! I would hire these guys in a heartbeat for another project. September 2020 Nearly 2 years later I can say that the banisters and floating shelves Jeff and Todd made for us are still amazing quality and get tons of compliments from guests. We love it!

This is how it should be when you hire a contractor. First, they do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. Their price is reasonable. At the end of the day, you come home and your house looks like it did when you left - it's clean with no construction debris. Then, you just enjoy seeing progress every day. These guys are craftsmen - the work is high quality. The tile work is outstanding, they worked quickly and efficiently, they paid attention to all the small details and gave me everything I asked for on time and on budget. It was a wonderful experience and I have already asked them to quote on additional work.

Otto's did a great job on my project! The work ended up being less intensive than the original quote, and my final bill reflected that. He and his son did a great job keeping the place clean while they were working and did a great job on the project. Will definitely hire them again for any future projects I have.

Jeff an Todd were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, professional and helpful. They completely ripped out and rebuilt our master bathroom. This involved plumbing, tiling, concrete pouring, carpentry and electrical work and they took it all in their stride. They had fantastic attention to detail and even custom made us a cabinet in a tricky location. I love our new bathroom and would highly recommend Jeff and Todd for any remodeling job. So much so that we will be calling on them in the future to remodel our basement.

Jeff completed a kitchen remodel for us recently and did an amazing job. He was always on time, kept the work area clean, and completed everything faster than expected. We really appreciated his attention to detail and design advice, going above and beyond to make our kitchen exactly what we hoped for. Jeff was punctual each day and completed the job in a timely manner.  Even though we added additional tasks to his to-do list, he was able to stay on budget and perform a number of different tasks (carpentry, electrical, tile, plumbing) in a  professional manner.  We would highly recommend Jeff's services.  In fact, we will certainly use him in the future.

I was fortunate to catch Jeff between larger jobs and he was willing to come give me an estimate and even complete the work on the same day. Though it sounds like an easy project, it was actually the kind of job that required enough experience to do it well. It was done exactly as I had hoped. Jeff is very professional and skilled. I would hire him again and recommend him to my neighbors and family.

Very good. Mr Otto came out the same day I called for an estimate and finished the job the next two days. He took care to minimize the mess and did very good quality work.

It went great. Jeff was very responsive to my initial inquiry, was there when he said he was going to be there, and returned calls promptly. The shelves he built for me were beautiful. The installation went off almost flawlessly. I am very pleased. I will enjoy them for the rest of my life. It was hard for me to get any work done after they were installed, because I couldn't quit looking at them. Just one thing--he/we forgot to design a toe-kick into the two shelving units, which should have been a standard element of the design, but overall, I am extremely pleased and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Jeff completed the projects in a timely manner. The corners of the baseboard have a very tight fit and look seamless.  He also gave us a few idea for our railing and I'm so glad he did.  We took his advice and it looks great. We will be using him again on future projects.

This project was quick and painless.  Jeff surpassed my expectations.  With a sketchy description of "my vision" for the space, Jeff knew exactly what I wanted done and completed it very quickly.  I was prepared for several days of work but he was finished in a day-and-a-half.  All work was done very precisely, and the step and post he built to accommodate electrical from the removed wall look as though they were always there. The post was textured to match the surface of the existing wall.  Very professional job! 
The carpentry work was done on the balcony despite freezing temperatures so there was no additional dust inside, and everything  inside and out was cleaned up, debris removed, and Jeff even fixed the front door latch before leaving. 
Jeff did a beautiful job, and I am delighted with his work.  He will return in several weeks when he schedule permits to continue with other projects.  I would highly recommend him.

Jeff Otto?installed a continuous step down into sunken living area where a wall had been removed; he built a small post with cap at one end of step to house electrical?outlet and light switches.?Post was dry-walled and textured; floor below step was leveled.

Fit and hung French doors in an older (1890) historic home in Denver. Did an excellent job. Picked up the doors for us, and also gave us info. on were and how to get the proper doors. Very clean and punctual. Excellent communication. Was great to work with.
