Kevin presented a contract which made us feel better since you hear stories about contractors not completing the job, but they also deal with people not paying them. So it was a nice reassurance for both parties! He gave us an estimated date to finish which felt like a tight time frame but he definitely met the date! The work done was amazing! Jaz gave great recommendations when it came to painting the walls and picking out bathroom details. Kevin kept an open communication throughout the whole process and even worked with us when we wanted to install a secret door. Truly a 10/10 experience, highly highly recommend!"

Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. We partner with a great General Contractor to provide all the services you need - flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc. And we can remove walls and soffits, raise ceilings and build structural beams, as well as bathroom updates and other interior work. (Replacement doors, drywall repair and texture, new baseboards, etc.) If your kitchen is too small, we can figure out ways to expand it. As of summer 2024, we have done over 110 kitchens together. "Mike is great to work with and Mastercraft cabinets are nice for the price. However, the contractor Mike works with, Ryan, was not as easy to work with. The project took three weeks longer than the maximum time quoted, and on multiple occasions we were told work would be done and no one showed. We also had to have work redone multiple times because it was not done right, or very well, the first time. Remodels are hard, but it turned out to be so much more of a headache than it needed to be."
