"After looking for a deck replacement for over a year, Barron and his crew provided the best price by far (had some come in at over $40-50K for the exact same design!). Don't think for a minute that we got a low-quality, budget deck - we got a beautiful composite with metal railings, solid stairs, and gorgeous post and step lighting all for half the price of the others. Last minute change in design? Not a problem. Demo and removal - done in one day. Build time was good with a very professional and caring crew (our dog, Finn, will miss them!). Barron stopped by or called several times to check on progress and my satisfaction. When a few minor clean-up items were pointed out after completion, he eagerly offered to send the crew back out to make sure everything was perfect when he could have just popped smoke with the check. Overall, couldn't be happier with the end results and the price. Highly recommend this business if you don't want to get fleeced by other contractors."

He reassured me that my deck was in better shape than I thought and pointed out a few boards that should be replaced. "Wonderful! John was so pleasant to work with. Big personality and ready to please! We only wanted to finish a bathroom and not the whole basement at the time and I couldn't find any contractors willing to just do the bathroom until I talked to Improvement Pros. I caught him just as he was completing another job so he was able to start right away which I needed because we were going to have company nearly the entire month of June and wanted that bathroom done for guests. The new bathroom turned out beautifully. Due to the placement of the previously placed rough-ins we had to spend a little more and go a little more custom than we originally planned but John worked with our budget and it turned out better than we expected and it is gorgeous. Prettiest bathroom in the house, which is sad because its our guest bath so I don't get to enjoy it as much. John was great to work with and any issues we had were with the tile and drywall sub contractors, but when we brought it to John's attention, he made it right immediately which included paying for a cleaning company to come in and clean up all the drywall and tile dust the sub contractors left behind and even most of the rest of my house so I didn't even have to stress about cleaning my house before my guests arrived! When we have the funds, we plan to use him again to finish the rest of the basement. I recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor or handyman service because he can make it happen.
