Donnie's crew just left - took them only 30 minutes to take care of business, and I could not be happier with the guys, or the quality of their work. It would have taken me days to do it alone. This will not be the only time Keown Tree Care & Landscape will be called here to help me with all the stuff I need to be done! Donnie's a class act and his service was half the cost of others I received quotes from. If I could give them a 10 out of 10, I would. Thanks, Donnie!

Donnie was on time, he answered my questions and even referred me to a "Tree Doctor" to explain what was going on with my trees health. Donnie and his helper cleaned up all the debris and even offered to haul away the small amount of yard debris I had created while he was working on my tree. I will definitely see him again this spring for any follow up trimming. He knows his stuff and is affordable.

They cleaned the yard, charged an extra $50 to go to the dump, then left all the trash in my driveway. The price they quoted went up 25%. The rock work was well done except they rocked in my flower beds. Apparently a yard clean-up doesn't include the sides of the house either. We now have to hire another company to clean up the mess they left.

The price went up, before we started the work, because there was more trash to be hauled and more rock ordered than originally discussed. I brought this up immediately because I did not want to surprise you at the end of the job with a higher price. We also walked through with you before we left to confirm everything was satisfactory prior to leaving. That is why this unfavorable review is nothing short of surprising to me.
