He also relocated all the dirt to other areas of our property to encourage proper flow of rain and snow melt away from our home. Every step of the project was executed perfectly, on time, with excellent communication and its completion not only served the purpose we needed but it has greatly improved the aesthetic and value of our property. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."
