Be prepared to clean floors 3 or 4 times once they leave."

Baseboard molding and bannister spindles were removed, marked for identification and stored. The new flooring was installed and sanded. Todd expertly helped in the choice of stain color. When the finishing steps were completed and the molding and spindles replaced, the result was fantastic! The workmanship is top notch and the house looks terrific.
