Bindweed has been eradicated non-chemically, and everything is regraded to slope away from the house. He also fixed the wall in a couple of spots. Itâ s not fancy, but looks beautiful."

He told us that our basement slab and walls were basically sound, and then focused his detective skills on finding where the foundation had been compromised from an egress window and duct opening cut into the existing walls and not properly sealed. Jon was able to fill and seal the gaps in a little over half a day, and he also checked for and mitigated other potential problem areas, such as another hole cut into the foundation for the main water shutoff. Before he took one step into our house he started rolling and taping paper down on the hardwood floors. Carpets, walls and windows were all protected from the texturing spray. He closed up 4 receptical boxes in the drywall and re-textured. Eduardo was timely at 7am (his request), takes pride in his work and cleaned up when he was done; even vacuumed the floors and carpets!"
