The most unprofessional, unreliable and shotty workmanship. Stay far away from Stephen. Installed a dog door (which was fine) but failed to relay that the shelf above the dog door would prevent the door from being secured. Tried to shave the shelf back and did so horribly- promised to repair the shelf and then simply never bothered to return any attempts at communication. This happened before Xmas 2024 and it?s now March- no contact. He ruined my window sill and feels zero responsibility.

"Thank you for your review. However, it is highly inaccurate and lacks the actual details. You asked for the sill to be cut after being told worker didn?t want to. You insisted so you could use the slide to close it as you were leaving town. You were informed the tools needed to do it were not on the truck, said it was okay it could be fixed another day (assuming it was free of charge after being told no). None of this was part of the scope of work and was created with the change in door size and style, you asked for day of the install. So again thank you for the review, but please be accurate. Thanks"

Two Feathers gave timely, fair bids. They scheduled the work promptly. They communicated well with us about arrival and departure times, and how the work was progressing. The same people who do the bid do the work so there is no bait and switch with sending out someone who seems competent initially and then an inferior crew later. Would highly recommend.

Drywall - Repair
We had some damaged dry wall in our basement due to a window well flooding and they did an amazing job fixing everything. They fixed the wall, window sill, baseboard and painted. We were amazed at what an amazing job they did, it looks like there had never been any damage at all. Thank you!!

Deck or Porch - Repair
Removed concrete porch and patio. Removed old wood deck. Replaced all with composite decking. Stairs with railings on both ends of deck. Looks awesome!! Replaced 3â gate with 6â gate door. Ordered well window grate. Communicates all info, honest and very professional. Will hire again.

A+ communication. our project had some delays due to permits and weather, and every time I thought "I wonder where we are with that?" I had an email with details the same day, tracking exactly what I was expecting. Due to a weather delay and an inspection coming late and killing half a day, one guy even worked Saturday and Sunday to finish up. Build quality is excellent, and the waterproofing against the house was very well done. Only slight improvement needed is in lumber selection, although they did a great job filling a knot on the edge of a board that I asked about.

The owner did a difficult job of disassembly, and precision rebuild, thus allowing re-use of the 20 yr old Brazilian hardwood, epa, utilizing the exact screw holes. More over he went beyond the contract in order to correct a critical structural problem. COULDN'T RECOMMEND TWO FEATHERS MORE HIGHLY.

All he did was remove the decking. While removing the decking he did damage to my property. He wanted to use the existing structure of deck but on two sides it is rotted and he just wanted to cover it up. He wanted to charge me $1,650 for labor. He cut concrete which cost me $400 to replace. He was supposed to build a deck and instead of having posts cemented to the ground, he said he would put a handle to move it. What kind of deck has a handle to move it? He will not give me my money back and I refuse to have him come back to my property because he does not know what he is doing. All he did was lie to me. DO NOT TRUST HIM DO NOT HIRE HIM.
