"Mr. Moreno was very prompt and professional with all painting done well with the exception of a door that was done by a helper and the glass on the door was not taped and had to be scraped after they left and I noticed it. The difficulty came with the bid that was originally about $500.00; when Mr. Moreno came to do the job (after furniture had been moved and rooms prepared) he said he could not do the job for that price and it ended up costing $850.00 for a job that was about 2/3 what had been originally bid. I felt I was manipulated into the situaion and the price was very high.
