"Perea Brothers does quality work and are pleasant to work with. We asked them to repair two gates in poor condition from the original homeowner, and Gerardo came up with a much better solution, rebuilding as needed to provide gates that better suit our needs. We couldn’t be happier and we will be hiring again."

"I highly recommend Founder's Renovation. I am a customer, and my professional working relationship with Thomas Williams began approximately four years ago. During that time, he has completed multiple home repair projects for me, including texture matching, remodeling our master bedroom, and creating a custom closet. He has also performed electrical work with strong attention to detail. What sets Thomas apart is that he not only completes the job but also provides clear, practical guidance on the best approach to repairs or renovations to avoid unnecessary costs and delays. During a high-pressure home situation with tight timelines and unexpected issues, his advice was the difference between the project stalling and moving forward in a smart, affordable way. He is dependable, straightforward, and takes pride in doing things correctly. If you want someone you can trust in your home who will treat your project with care and professionalism, Founder's Renovation is a solid choice."

"Troy and Matt did a fantastic job framing and installing custom surround for a new fireplace and prepping for the install of a barn door on the guest bathroom. TJ did a good job gutting an office and prepping and painting. I would without a drought hire them again and actually have some projects for next spring"

"Extremally happy with the help we received from such a competent and friendly handyman!"

"Very hard worker and willing to please"

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"Hayden did an excellent job for our handyman needs!"

"I was very very pleased with Thomas and his work. Firstly, he showed up on time. Worked hard and steady for two days without breaks. I was amazed at his flexibility and ingenuity at solving the problems that came up (there were several). Did some “extra “ things that really helped finish the project."

"Ross was great! He came same day right away and was very fair on price. I will use him for any home improvement projects in the future. He knocked out 4 machines in an hour!"
