They started off well but then it just became average.

Very efficient with work crews. Mr. Phan is very reliable and punctual. He has been doing great work for us for many years.

Phan was one of several landscapers I contacted for an estimate for a  handful of jobs I have for outside. I explained there were many things I wanted done, but only a few that I had budget for so I would like an estimate "a la carte" style and he accommodated.
Not part of my original task list, Phan suggested some tree pruning and then also priced out all the other things I wanted to have done. I decided to go ahead with the tree pruning (it was in fact badly needed) and an install of a small flagstone walkway in my backyard. Phan was happy to move forward with these two tasks and said he could squeeze me in possibly the following weekend, if not then the next. He showed up the first weekend and was done in a few hours. 
Overall, I'm pleased with the work he did. The trees and backyard look much improved. He did a fine job installing the pathway and even did a few extra things like reinstalling a drain gutter section that was necessary, but admittedly not part of the job. 
Phan was pleasant to deal with, almost always answered his phone and did exactly what I expected and a little more. 

I'm not home when they mowed the lawn but the lawn was always fine and I never had a problem with it. I would highly recommend them.

Phan had a team of about 6 men and did our large property in about 2 hours. He raked, blew and got into wells to clean the leaves. very efficient service. He calls if he's late and has done my property 3 x's. I recommend him . He is not cheap but does the job well.

I hired this company based on Angie's List reviews which previously I had found accurate. Not so in this case. The work done was a mostly a " hack job." I was not here the day the work was done so I paid the bill in good faith. 
Prep work was not done. Inferior quality materials were used. Another company has come in to redo the work and is having to fix what was done before we can continue. The mulch has mold and fortunately was not laid the standard 3" thick so it will be less to treat or remove. 
As a worker said to me today, it is much harder to come in and redo someone else's mistake than to start fresh.
I paid $ 160.00 for weed control and yet have plants coming up through the pathways and ground less than a month after the work was completed. One expects that in time but not within days of the work being completed. 
Some plants I wanted left in were taken out rather than pay attention and take out the weeds. 
No real attention to detail.  I would have paid the price and considered it fair if the work had been quality, but it is not. 
Mr. Phan was pleasant to work with and prompt but the work is inferior in so many ways. I want to use local merchants and recommend them to my friends. I can't in good conscience do that in this case.

They did a yard refresh for us. Our house is 10 years old, and we needed a bunch of bushes and trees removed and pruned.  They lined and rocked a side of our yard.  They did great work, and they were a pleasure to do business with.

The price for this project did not include the cost of timbers and rebarr.  We had to haul these items ourselves, along with dirt.  The planter box was finished in just a couple of hours, so it was quick.  Now that a month has passed, weeds and plant shoots are springing up everywhere.  I will probably not use this service again because the price was extremely high and didn't include everything.

Phan provided an immediate estimate.  They went to work promptly(within a few days).  Phan brought himself and a crew of six on Saturday morning at 8:00.  They left around 2:00 PM and the work was totally complete.  They did exactly what they said they would do(and even a couple of extra things). They were completely professional and cleaned the area well.  In sum, I was completely satisfied and would recommend Phan to anyone.

Very affordable and did the work well.  Arrived a bit later than he estimated, but not too much.  He has done some work for me in the past, and I would hire him again in the future.

I had used Phan once before and although the work was well done, they were  rather unpredictable with their schedule. When I sent an email  for an estimate on another job at a later date, I received no response.

Great overall experience and service

Pro - It went well, Phan is hard working, knowledgable, thorough and quick. Con - I think his price was somewhat high.  I was disappointed when I called him for more help but he was not doing landscaping for the winter season.  Now I have to find someone else.

I had paid to have these removed several years ago, but they came back.  Phan assured me they wouldn't be back when he was done, and indeed, a little over a year later, there isn't any sign of regrowth.  His price was the lowest of the three I solicited and he was able to get to the work in a timely fashion.  

I couldn't have expected more. they were very fast and did a great job aerating the lawn.
