I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

It hasn't been inspected yet. It looks like they did a great job. The workers were friendly and they seemed to be competent. One of the things I really liked is they cleaned up after themselves yesterday and today. The guys looked professional; they knew what they were doing. I think the only thing that was an issue was they did pull a permit, but they forgot to bring it with them so I called the secretary down there. She emailed it to me so I printed it and posted it in the window. I have a brand new concrete driveway and I warned them about it so they covered it when they drove their vehicles on it. They did an excellent job. Their price was the best I found. I have been shopping for several months and I saw their ad on Angie's List so I called them. I upgraded to the better shingles and the price was better than anyone else I had that did the roof. I think they are a good company. Their office is 60 miles away from my home. I wanted to look at some samples and they had somebody drop them by that day. They did not charge me for that.
