We had a walk-in shower redone and was so pleased with the work and warranty they we brought them back to do all of our front windows. The was before the sale to SAGE. Now - they "don't do windows" so the warranty is completely dead and we are ignored. One window seal went bad, and now the window looks like trash. We called them this Spring to replace the caulking in the shower because it had mold and they told me, on the phone, you are on the repair list - that was 6 months ago. The BBB offered us no help and just closed the case without even talking to us. I should have bought the windows from Champion and kept the old shower based on how poorly this company backs up their work.

Responsive and overall good quality work.

The two young men arrived on time and went right to work. One day removing tub and tile and drywall to the studs. Second day installed the new walk in shower. It is gorgeous. Their work was excellent. I would hire them again.

Overall good experience from start to finish.

We have used Colorado Living previously for installing our windows, and they did a fantastic job. So we contacted them when the shower needed replacement. The whole process was seamless and easy. The hardest was choosing the materials! Kurt and Will arrived on time, and took the time to discuss our preferences. They realized that a different shower pan would give us a bigger shower, so they adjusted their work to give us the best experience. Kurt sought my input on where the shelves went, and kept us informed on the progress. The job was completed in one day as scheduled, we are very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the materials.

Floor surface slick, dangerous when soapy. I have not tried a second shower. Seat, not the one I expected, almost launched me to the floor. also minimum entry space with full bench seat. No printed instructions regarding controls or full closure of doors. Overall at 81 years old, I am not up for a thrill ride during every shower. Especially for the cost to give me security, as I live alone. I signed off and paid in full for a lovely product which I cannot use with confidence. I will try using a no-slip tub mat on both floor and seat. It is difficult to play with controls when water is streaming at my eyes.

I couldn't be happier! Greg (my salesman) jumped through hoops to help me find an awesome solution to my problem. The entire team did - from sales, to admin, to the guys who did the work - Jeramie and Ben. I feel so blessed to have stumbled across this company and these kind, giving, caring, wonderful people. They literally changed my life and the life of my father (who lives with me and has dementia and macular degeneration) by being so proactive, knowledgeable and eager to help us. My folks now have a safe shower and bathroom. I am forever grateful to you all!

Very professional

Colorado Living did a fantastic job widening two windows. The entire process was very smooth and job was professionally done. The operation director Ryan Tuttle is extremely helpful to address our concerns. Highly recommended.

Jim Younger was the expert that came to my house for the consultation. He was so professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products and installation process. I would recommend and use this company for any future projects I have. Call and request Jim...he is the best!

Great customer service.

I had 6 windows installed last year. Overall a good experience and really like the windows - definitely made my house keep cooler. Like the overall experience that I am getting the rest of my windows replaced this year.

I had 8 windows replaced. Brett was the installer and did an outstanding job. A contractor friend of mine was working next door and commented that Brett knew what he was doing. He was here two days, cleaned up after himself. Over all a pleasant experience and I love my windows!

Colorado Living replaced 15 windows and a sliding glass door. The installers Ciro and Emelio were very professional and friendly. They completed the work quickly and perfectly. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!

I had a bathtub installed. It took them 3 appointments to finally show up. They already had my deposit. When they finally did the work it was the wrong style of tub. We let that go, but the cheap tub that the salesman bragged that it was a Jacuzzi, but no sign of that, and you can not even clean the soap scum off with any of the name brand cleaners. It goes into the acrylic and stays. Very poor material. The workers were good. That was it.

Although I haven’t received my doors and window yet I have high hopes

My concern is not with the professionals directly employed by Colorado Living, but with the workers contracted to the company to do the actual work. They are very good at their tasks, but should never be allowed to confer with the customer, as they do not tell the truth. Joe. the C.L. design consultant is excellent.
