After he inspected the house, he went to his car & put the whole proposal together for us. We were concerned about our metal barrel shingles and being sure the painter would know where to step in order not to dent the shingles. Joe assured us that their painters were familiar with this type of shingle and there would be not problem. Martin did everything from the power washing to causing, painting and staining. "John didn't have the address, but his wife called and I walked over to greet John.  I supplied the base board and paid John for the nails.  I didn't have the right kind of caulk so he supplies what he had on hand.  He measured, cut and installed the base board in the three hours that was paid for.  It really is good looking.
