"Andrew and his wife, Whitney, both arrived right on time. It was obvious that he knew his trade very well, as he had to change the project somewhat from the original plan. He went into detail to explain the ramifications to his new plan. Which basically went from tinting my storm windows, to applying the tint directly onto my 79 year old wood window frames. I thanked him for the explanation, and agreed with him. They are both very personable, yet professional as well. The project took them longer since it had to be altered, yet they didn't complain about it, they just went to work. Basically, they had 36 individual window panes to tint and it took them just under 6 hours to complete. Overall, I am VERY pleased with how they came out! I will definitely hire him again when I have me car windows tinted in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend A&W Tinting, and encourage others to hire them for any of their window tinting needs!!! "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive.
