I had them replace the front glass windshield on 2/10/11. Water kept coming in the left front window where it was not sealed correctly. I finally got to them to re-seal it on 7/29/15. They charged me a $25 re-sealing charge even though the original sealing was defective. Now water is leaking in TWO new places, middle of the windshield and to the right of there. So the re-seal was not done correctly and is even worse than the original defective seal.
I called prior to coming over as I live in Colorado Springs now and it was inconvenient to go there. I was assured that they could take me anytime. When I got there, I was informed that all of their men were out on a job and that I had to wait an hour until they came back. So that information was incorrect in that I could have it done right when I came in. Also, when I called ahead, I wanted an appointment but was assured I did not need one. Very unprofessional.
I tried going to Safelite but they would not re-seal it because they said they did not do the original job. So I had to go back to Atencio Glass for the re-seal.
Do not go to these people! They do not know how to seal a windshield!
Also, I told them I had another place in Canon City do my detailing. They said theirs was better because they use a special kind of wax, etc. They are braggarts and do not deliver. I would never have them detail my vehicle either.
