This company is excellent from top to bottom. TJ and his team came out to my house and looked at my system the next day. I needed major repairs done to my furnace and AC system. Not only did he get me taken care of in a timely fashion, but he undercut the competition by $8000 on my furnace and AC system. I got a two-year service warranty for free and a 10-year warranty on the parts and equipment. First Response Heating and Air is a small business that I would highly recommend to anybody in the future. The first response gets five stars and goes forward. I will use them for my HVAC and plumbing. Thank you to your team for excellent service.

They were great putting in furnance the only problem we are having is getting a returned call from them to come do our outside vents have have been trying for about 6 months with no luck

A little bit of a struggle to settle on scope and to get close out docs but overall a good experience.

T.J. And Jeremy did a great job installing our air-conditioner. Upon completion when testing the lines they found the roofers nail had gone through the coolant hose. They were excellent and writing out the report and photographing the nail that caused the leak to help us with our insurance company.

Called ahead, very professional, So pleased we had them also do fall service on furnace while they were there even though they came to work on air conditioner. Will definitely call them again.

TJ was very professional and personable. He gave me a quote over the phone for AC seasonal maintenance and was very competitive with others I quoted. While here one unit needed additional work. The price seemed a bit high but I had him perform the repair anyway because he seems to be a trustworthy person. He checked out my whole house humidifier system and showed me how to operate it for free. Overall, I was very happy with his services and would definitely recommend this company.
