"Stud Construction was professional and gave us great solution on the layout and finish of our 1500 sq ft basement. In addition to the basement we had them install hardwood floors in our dining area and living room and refinish the existing wood floor entrance. Justin was extremely responsive to inquiries and overall communication during all phases of the project. He was able to source subs in a timely manner and fix any concerns we had along the way. Always responded to messages and phone calls. Gave a fair estimate. He will be doing any other home work we need in the future!"

"The main problem with this contractor is with the subcontractors they use. The flooring people were great. The remodeling and painting people were not. The workmanship was not of high quality. We have had issues with the folding closet doors they installed -- one broke within two months of installation. When they originally installed them, they didn't paint the ends of the doors, so that showed when they were open. Then, when they came back to paint them, they knocked a hole in one of them and it had to be patched. You can still see the patch. The biggest issue has been with the egress window they installed in the sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. That room has been flooded TWICE in the less than two years since the remodel. The subcontractor who installed the window well did a poor job of it. We have had to remove the engineered hardwood floor twice and pay for water remediation both times. The first time it flooded, I called the contractor to inquire about warranties (it had only been a couple of months since installation), or to at least get contact information for the subcontractor. My call was never returned. Once they were paid for the job, they had no further interest in our satisfaction. Very disappointing."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
