"I would highly recommend Stud Construction. The general contractor was on the job every day, sometimes twice a day. They are experienced, reliable, see the big picture, have great ideas and approach challenges as opportunities for solutions. They constantly demonstrated integrity and persistence. They have excellent subcontractors who do painstakingly great work—on time, safety conscious and adaptable. It was a painless project and the end result is perfect."

"Jd did an excellent job! Our shower was tiny we wanted to expand the job did not go as expected and jd was able to figure out a solution for us! The job turned out beautiful. Was always on time. Always responded to messages and phone calls. Gave a fair estimate. He will be doing any other home work we need in the future!"

"The main problem with this contractor is with the subcontractors they use. The flooring people were great. The remodeling and painting people were not. The workmanship was not of high quality. We have had issues with the folding closet doors they installed -- one broke within two months of installation. When they originally installed them, they didn't paint the ends of the doors, so that showed when they were open. Then, when they came back to paint them, they knocked a hole in one of them and it had to be patched. You can still see the patch. The biggest issue has been with the egress window they installed in the sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. That room has been flooded TWICE in the less than two years since the remodel. The subcontractor who installed the window well did a poor job of it. We have had to remove the engineered hardwood floor twice and pay for water remediation both times. The first time it flooded, I called the contractor to inquire about warranties (it had only been a couple of months since installation), or to at least get contact information for the subcontractor. My call was never returned. Once they were paid for the job, they had no further interest in our satisfaction. Very disappointing."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

This scale is the most popular because it’s easier for everyone involved, from professionals to homeowners, to understand the building’s actual dimensions. Also, it allows blueprints to have the necessary details without cluttering the page.

Professional remodelers streamline the process, manage permits, and handle renovations efficiently—significantly mitigating risk while maintaining standards.

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process.
