I live out of state and Jeremy did the work for a new condo for me in Colorado. Working with him, Jeremy was extremely efficient, responsive in getting the project done, and charged reasonable fees - very easy to work with him being 2,000 miles away! Upon inspection of his work, I could not give great feedback on the overall process.
