"I've been in this house since November 1978 and have had it painted several times. Gio and company did the best job of any of the previous contractors. Candace, who came out and did the estimate and coordinated the job, was extremely knowledgeable and took care to point out where repairs were needed. The preparation of scraping and caulking was extensive and meticulous. The paint job was excellent. When the result on the north face of the house revealed that damaged boards higher up on the structure were not presenting well, they modified the contract at my request and essentially resided that entire side.
