Carl refaced my kitchen, which means all new doors and 1/4 inch real wood covering my old cabinet boxes. I had him change out a couple cabinets for better functionality as well. Looking at the final refacing product after it was all finished looks and feels like new cabinets--it turned out better than I ever could have hoped! Carl was involved from start to finish. He took notes and followed up on every detail. His work was meticulous and the transformation is amazing! "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface.
