He added a new frame to support the new cupboard floor, cut a new wood bottom piece that fit perfectly the first time, meticulously filled in the holes around the pipes, and lacquered the final project to prevent any future water damage. Even though he spent more hours than planned, he honored our original agreed price. I've already hired him to do more work. He is on time, professional, and friendly."
