The plumber was friendly and willing to help, but the job was sloppy. The pipes under the bathtub were replaced and no sealant tape was placed on the joints and so it was leaking and the plumber had to return to fix it. The drain was replaced in the bathtub and in the process the paint in the tub was severely scratched and now needs to be redone. A custom valve system was installed under the kitchen sink which leaked constantly and so the plumber had to return to remove it. A corner protector on the wall in the basement was smashed and now needs to be replaced. We feel like we overpaid for this job and our fingers are crossed that we don't have any more issues.

Responded quickly. Arrived on time. Completed work thoroughly with good explanation.

Dawn flat out lied to me about the interest rate, the price of the unit, and and the amount of time I would have to pay off the bill.. I was told 60 months same as cash, then initially she only gave me 6 months! This was after they had begun installing the unit. Dawn is rude and unethical. She lied to me and then she hung up on me when I tried to speak to somebody else in management. The reason why she hung up is because there is no one else in management and she represents herself as only an employee. She also added an unexplained $100 to my final bill. I have filed a dispute with Wells Fargo. Horrendous experience!!!

The crew from Top Shelf came in and were tremendous. Their work was some of the best quality work I've seen as a 50 years homeowner (in the same home.) They were quite professional, extremely efficient, and completed everything when they said they would have it completed. Each worker who came through our home was very courteous, and EACH one thanked us for using their service. I was totally impressed.

Wonderful! Both techs went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Both answered all questions I threw at them and answered with genuine feeling and knowledge, I didn’t feel like I was asking stupid questions or like I was bothering them. Bother techs were personable and kindred spirits.

The installation by Darrell was fabulous! He was on-time, professional, courteous, and enjoyable to talk with. He asked questions such for placement along with recommendations prior to and during the installation. He was also the same person providing an estimate when at the house late in the previous week. Now, it is up to me to get it painted to blend in with the house color.

Top Shelf called me minutes after receiving my request for a quote. They were able to send Jason for a diagnosis and an estimate that afternoon. He solved our problems and left us the faulty parts for reference. Jason is courteous and has a great sense of humor. He loves his work...and that's good for us , the clients!!!

They lied about everything. Did not pull a permit, demanded full payment before completion and then physically threatened me

Johan did an amazing job installing our new light fixture. I won't try to explain everything he did but he really went above and beyond a basic light install to get our new fixture placed exactly where I wanted it despite not having a stud in the ceiling where he needed one, he made it happen and it looks fantastic! He was also so friendly and nice to work with. He also installed a simpler fixture in lightening speed and caulked a little hole in our ceiling where the old fixture had been. A+ to Top Shelf!
