Qualden Construction completely remodeled two buildings on my property. They had excellent ideas for design and making the most use of the space. Their team provided quality work on time, even when the city had permitting delays. Will was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Qualden was a great company to work with.

My basement finishing project was seamless. After getting several bids and designs, I went with Will, who meticulously went over everything, through permits, materials, and the overall concept including pointing out things that I hadn t considered that I am so glad I did. The project turned out fabulous with no issues during the project outside of normal expected issues when working with construction. I would hire Will again for any future needs as I always knew what to expect, there were no hidden costs, and changes were flawless.

Working with Will was great. He was the best as far as working within our specific budget, and always brought great ideas to the table. It was common for him to go above and beyond, and when scheduling conflicts came up, he was quick to communicate the plan forward. Anytime I have another project, he s my first call

Hardman is currently working on my basement and we hope he finished within the time expected. Does quality work. Scheduling of work sometimes is a hit or miss. But overall, very good and would hire this company again. May consider some additional remodeling of our kitchen and baths and will use him.

Like most smaller contractors it is hard for them to juggle multiple projects. Will.... was always up front and letting you know where we were at. Which is all you can ask. Be patient and they will get u done. His recommended subs for the roof and painting did a very good job also. I will consider them on future projects
