I'd give it a 0 if I could. Paid a deposit and had concrete work scheduled yesterday. Got a text saying they were delayed, then they didn't even show up. I called the sales person a few times (had to call them back for a solution, he didn't even acknowledge my message). Received a text today that they would be here late afternoon. They even texted me that they were on the way! It's 2 hours later and they still aren't here. I don't recommend Thrasher to anyone with their poor excuse for customer care and communication.

Our home is 48 years old and the primary center support beam (3-2x12) x 24 feet, resting on 2 concrete piers dug to bedrock was beginning to sag due to the weight of a 2-story house above. Cracks were appearing in the walls, and doors wouldn't close. The crawl space under the house was only 15-18 inches high, but the Thrasher crew was able to crawl under the house and install 8 supporting steel plates and screws, and bring the floor above the beam back into level. The doors now close and the wallboard cracks will be repaired at a later date. The Thrasher crew showed up on time and took only 5 hours to complete the work. They were professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Thrasher for any foundation repair work.

The employees were caring and superior. The customer service was over the top, too, from those in the company headquarters, to the onsite estimator. Amazing. While I selected FOUNDATION there was not an actual OTHER which would have been injection to hopefully stabilize my on the hill sinking sidewalks and stairs

Jace and his team were extraordinary! They informed us on how they would be raising the porch and installing the underground gutter drainage. They answered all of our questions and they cleaned up everything beautifully. Such a professional group of guys and so friendly. They were really a joy to have around for the day and the final product looks amazing! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs concrete lifting work done.

Allen and his crew arrived on time and explained the process of how they were going to level my driveway. They drilled small holes in the driveway and proceeded to pump the foam under the concrete. I could see the difference immediately. They caulked all the seams, cleaned out the cracks to caulk and fixed the joint between the garage and the driveway. They did a great job cleaning everything up and were finished by 11:00 AM.

Issac and his team were professional, courteous and hard working. It was a very hot day and they worked though the late afternoon to get our driveway nice and level. Which was no small feat as the original builders did such a terrible job. Would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors.

They were honest and straight forward with what they could and could not do ahead of the project. Very good job of explaining what they were going to do and answering all questions. They kept us up to date with progress throughout the project and cleaned up better than when they arrived.

I had my driveway leveled, along with the adjoining sidewalk entry to the house. The crew was expert in their various tasks. The guys were all friendly to me and respectful of my property. They were enthusiastic about their work and showed pride in their results. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me put away some of my materials, as well. All at a reasonable price. I recommend Allen, Isaac, Louis and Manuel as a crew; Rob as the project bidder, and Thrasher Foundation for hiring a great crew.

I was pleased with the service Thrasher provided from the initial meeting with the estimator to the crew that did the work. I had a concrete entryway leveled and the seams in the driveway sealed with caulking. Both jobs were done well. My interactions with the Thrasher crew were superb. They were super conscientious in their customer service and in keeping me informed on the schedule of the work. I must say that the level of customer service they provided was great and an exception when compared with other companies Iâ ve dealt with.
