"Allen and his 'team' removed my original 'popcorn' ceiling--for my entire home! This was a major job; I was told by friends it would be incredibly messy! I had to basically clear everything out. After the removal the scraped ceiling was repainted with a semi-gloss so I could more easily clean it. The team showed up on time and got right to work. They were courteous, pleasant, and hard-working. The cost was reasonable. Even more importantly, I am so appreciative of dependable, honest, and ethical contractors! He lied to us for months on end, misused and mismanaged our money and then wanted another $20k to continue work he should have already done. He neglected to pay his subcontractors who were then contacting my family to try and get ahold of him to get paid. The work he did do was poor quality or not done at all. We have been informed from subcontractors that he was purposely asking for lower quality products at a lower cost so he could increase his profit, despite our requests for mid-grade products. We cut our losses and fired him. "

The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."
