After the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems.

Went well. Because of poor soil conditions, saved the cost and time of going with a over-dig for a conventional footer.

Sooooo much better than expected. A+++++ rating on the quality of work, the timing for project completion, and how professional Colorado Grouting (Trevor) and his staff were. The price was was also extremely fair and competitive. Trevor kept us completely informed and up-to-date through the entire project (we live out of state). He also made sure that the entire project (plus some extra's) were finished. This type of project was a huge deal for us. I will forever be thankful to have found Colorado Grouting do the work. I highly recommend Trevor and his crew for any foundation / structural repairs (big or small projects). :)

With the exception of Mr. Craig calling at 7am it went well. Very professional, and knowledgeable. Even used his backhoe to help remove some trees.

Trevor was our contact person . He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We had worked with another company that had done a poor job so I was not going to go easy on them. All of the guys that put in the piers explained everything. They did quality work and were incredibly timely. They worked well with the engineers we hired. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. Lastly, they had competitive pricing and I was happy to pay for the quality job that they did.

Working with Colorado Grouting was a pleasure with them. Everything was explained before work began. What and how the work would be done and the cost. The men were very friendly and cleaned up before they left. They did a great job.

They responded when they said they would be there. They came up with contacts for engineering and provided cores at no cost to help the project.

They were knowledge, professional, experienced. I feel So lucky to have been referred to them. They were intent on doing the job correctly. Please avoid companies that use foam for any mud jacking. It won't last. Love this company!!

Better than I imagined. The workers were awesome. Professional, respectful, very hard working. From the very first contact with the owner I felt that I was in good hands. I trusted them with my biggest investment (my home) and I feel very comfortable knowing all work and repairs were done successfully. I also know if I have any problems all I have to do is call and they will be there. I worked during the day while they were there so I left the house open so they could use the restroom. They never tracked in dirt or mud and were careful to not let the dog out! I just can't say enough about this company. I am so glad I was told by a reputable builder to call them!!!

All went well. The team showed up on time, were very professional and communicated status along the way. The final price matched the estimate. Overall I was very happy.

The previous owners of the house I purchased broke through the center poured foundation to dig out the crawl space and make a basement, in 1/2 of it. Trevor and his crew were recommended to me, and they are fantastic! The poured in place foundation modification needed to support the broken out foundation was planned up by an engineer, and the gentlemen that did the work were phenomenal! Trevor and his crew went above and beyond, and I am so very grateful for the fantastic job they did! My house won't be sinking into the hole the previous owners dug any longer!

We were nervous about such a seemingly difficult undertaking until Colorado Grouting provided us with extensive information about the proposed project. Communication with us during the project was excellent. The crew that completed the work was very friendly and professional. We were confident we had made a good decision to hire this group each time we visited the work site. The structural improvements were very evident. We would use this group again without reservation.

I had been informed when the owner first came out that it would be some time before they could actually do the job, but the estimate was sent to me promptly.  When the appointment was set up, the workers came on time and completed the job in a professional way.

All the workers were hard working and were very pleasant. As far as one problem in particular - the drain pipe they were installing wasn't draining correctly and they worked on it until it was perfect. They never gave up!! Even after we had paid them there was a major storm the came through, and where the pipe was laid, the patio bricks had sunken down, and Richard came back and re-did the whole area - by adding more dirt and compacting it down!! Richard was like part of the family - he can fix anything!! Trevor, the owner, is fantastic. If there is any problem at all he made sure it was corrected, even after we had paid him. We would recommend this company to anyone with no hesitation. We wished we would have heard of them years ago for the other situations we had!

I highly recommend Colorado Grouting Inc. for your foundation repairs. They not only gave me a better quote than another A+ BBB rated competitor, they also did a great job leveling my house and customer service was "Above and beyond an A+ rating!" They replanted flowers and were VERY accommodating as far as allowing my dogs breaks to relive themselves, which meant having to reinstall fencing every time the dogs needed to go. Even helped me get my car started one morning when the battery died. My 1928 year old house is a lot more level now and the rain drainage foundation issues have been addressed!

We were very pleased that Colorado Grouting could come on a holiday to give us an estimate, and very pleased that they could come the next day to do the work.  The owner explained that they save Fridays anyway for odd jobs, so it was not an inconvenience and they were working that Friday anyway.  He quoted $800 as an estimate, explaining that $300 of the cost was to bring over the heavy equipment.  I told him I thought that was too expensive, and he said that was just a maximum, in case something went very wrong and it took a long time.  When the invoice finally arrived, he charged us the full $800.  I called him to discuss the price with him and he said it was because he had to haul the heavy equipment there.  That made no sense, because he had already informed me that $300 of the fee was for hauling the heavy equipment.  I explained this to him and explained that he was charging me 500$ for 1.5 hours of work, but he just kept reverting back to how much effort it was to haul the equipment there.  He also said that coming on such short notice should be worth something, and I agree - however, that should have been discussed and agreed upon before the work was done and during the estimate. The owner also complained that there was rebar in the concrete - but it still only took 1.5 hours of work - and the heavy equipment doesn't care if there is rebar or not!.  Furthermore, my family and I hauled away all the debris and concrete - they only had to dig.  I feel 500$ for 1.5 hours of work is unreasonable, and I feel he used the short notice as an excuse to take advantage of us.

It went fantastically! This was a huge project, which included excavation down to the foundation, the installation of piers on the perimeter of the home and in the basement at load bearing points. Colorado Grouting, of the contractors we talked to over 18 months, really was the first company that seemed to want our business. They gave us a competative quote, but it was really their desire to do the job and a referral from a neighbor that had their home done almost 20 years ago that made a difference. We could not get another contractor, who we initially selected to do the job, to answer an email or return a phone call in an effort to schedule a meeting to review the stages of the project  and what we could expect along the way.
Colorado Grouting did not disappoint. They worked hard to keep us informed on the process. They answered all of our questions. They did a great job to keep the work areas clean and as safe as possible (imagine your house excavated to the foundation and what could fall in). We were so happy with the overall attention to detail that we provided lunch to the workers on several days and my wife baked cookies and muffins for them.
Trevor Craig and his father Vernon, who is now semi-retired were a delight to work with. I can't possibly say enough great things about them and their company

Trevor Craig came to our home to look at the job and complete the estimate.  We were impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness.  Colorado Grouting  and another company were recommended by the structural engineer.  Colorado Grouting's price was somewhat better but while both had excellent references we thought Trevor would do a better job for us. We liked his demeanor and the questions he asked and answered.
The crew was efficient and clean and responsive to any request we had.  Trevor was easily reachable by texting and very responsive.
The price was more than the estimate but we knew from the outset that would likely be the case.  The estimate was made based on minimal pier depth with the caveat that there would be additional charges for drilling deeper.  Several piers had to be placed at twice the depth of the estimate.
Trevor also agreed to grout the cracks in the cement slab in the family room and bedroom where the work was done.  He did not have to do this and it was a chore for him because it was not just a matter of filling in the cracks.  Soil had to be packed in the crevices and tamped down to fill to a level so he could grout the area.  We found that to be a very nice thing so our floor would not have huge cracks.  This was not part of the engineer's work order.  We highly recommend Colorado Grouting and Trevor Craig.  He will do a good job for you.
We started out with remodeling some parts of our 1978 home but discovered the structural problems.  This is not as much fun to take care of but if you must, then we highly recommend you talk with Trevor.
