DO NOT USE CLANCY! Worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. He lied to us for months on end, misused and mismanaged our money and then wanted another $20k to continue work he should have already done. He neglected to pay his subcontractors who were then contacting my family to try and get ahold of him to get paid. The work he did do was poor quality or not done at all. We have been informed from subcontractors that he was purposely asking for lower quality products at a lower cost so he could increase his profit, despite our requests for mid-grade products. We cut our losses and fired him.

This was the worst experience on a new house build. Clancey took 15 months to do a 7 month build. Clacney said he would come by in the spring to grade outside my house. Still has not come by to complete the grading around my house! I asked Clancy if the house would be ready for me in December of 2023. He said yes. The house was not completely finished then. So l was still living in a not completed house! It took him until March to get the house done. He didnâ  t keep any of his dates on the completion. He also didnâ  t his subcontractors for the A/C. The subcontractor tried to put a lean on my house.

Five stars are not enough for Clancey Comisky and his crew. They crafted a new (insulated, powered) garage, over 200 of custom fencing and challenging concrete (driveway) work on a sloping lot. Amazing results! Love their attention to detail. Clancey is a true professional - Always thinking ahead and delivering the finest results. I feel lucky to have found Comiskey Constrution.

Honest, hard working and dependable company. Will continue to hire them for any improvement projects.

Excellent tile installation around new bathtub and shower stall. Included detailed tiling around window sill and touch up painting around edges. Very personable and professional crew. Kept worksite clean and orderly. Minimal interference with our daily life.

When our hardwood floor was water damaged, the insurance co. wanted us to refinish the entire kitchen and dining area. Clancey was totally open to other ideas. He replaced the damaged area with a beautiful inlay of black walnut and hickory. It surpassed my wildest expectations and we could not be happier. they were fast, professional, and so easy to work with. We, without hesitation, highly recommend him.

The professional was extremely reliable, and personable. The professional goes an extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly on the job. The professional did a great job, couldn't say enough bout him.
