Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. He was prompt and very thorough, removing many tiles to survey the damage and made what appeared to us a very reasonable quote to fix the problem. He started the very next day and with the help of other knowledgeable employees and the owner, the job was completed expeditiously to our complete satisfaction. The problem turned out to be more than just one part of a leaking underlayment. This one section of our roof was poorly installed in a number of ways when the house was built and Ryan pointed it all out to me.
