"I live in the mountains of Summit County and it is difficult to get work done here. I had a complicated skylight and window system in an older home which had started leaking and needed replacement. The roofline is very steep, the job combination of 3 skylight and 3 window units, very challenging, needed to be replaced and metal roof panels which were slipping also required repair and securing. Mark Brusca, foreman, came out with a team to measure and remove the old panels, board me up for a bit, and do the prep for the new install. Not a spec of debris was left and the men were professional and polite. They returned with my beautiful new windows and skylights and did an amazing job in all the framing and fitting to provide me with an absolutely perfect, low E, slightly tinted, 3 panel skylight and window system. In the process they also did an outstanding job repositioning slipped metal roof panels a local roofing company could not even do! Exceptional work from Mark and his team. Also, Lock, the residential superintendent provided excellent communication, coordination, and the best team for the job that needed to get done. Hands down the best possible performance all around!"

"I broke a Skylight in our family's Cabin in St. Elmo, Colorado. Unable to get it fixed until next Spring at the earliest. Problem, we developed a leak in two of our older Skylights. Did not want to destroy a wood floor etc. Called Ian Simon and talked with him. Unlike the other companies, wanting us to wait. IIan Simon Roofing was enthusiastic about the project. We had a problem. St. Elmo Suburbs, are about to get snowed in. Within two weeks, he had visited St. Elmo and ordered the special skylight parts. He also recommended, that we replace part of the flashing on the Roof. That is the area that recently started leaking. Obviously we were about to panic. In about two weeks, he had visited our cabin and took measurements. Then returned to Colorado Springs in order to order the Skylights and roofing materials. He also explained why he was recommending new flashing. An Architech friend of mine explained. That he always orders this new flashing. He said because, it works. Bottom Line, fixed theleaks before they did major damages. Then improved the roof and installed upgraded water proofing."

Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers. Milton even ask the crew to replace all the gutter guards that were damaged during the old roof removal, at no-charge. They really did an excellent job. Our new roof is awesome! We just love it!!
