"They contacted me right away and set up a very quick appointment. He gave me an estimate of the cleaning I would need. They gave me an appointment window, contacted me early, because he was running early, to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take for him to get here. He even offered to bring me a coffee or tea! After we talked about the trouble we have been having with our fireplace he laid out a tarp and started cleaning and checking for the problem. After he found the problem, he explained my problem and my options for repair. As well as the cost options. I chose what would work and he gave me an estimate of how long it would take. After he completed the repairs he showed me how everything worked and how to shut off the gas, because I did not know how to do that before. He cleaned up and was very, very courteous!
