We offer expert diagnosis, budget minded solutions, transferable warranties and financing. We believe when homeowners receive an expert diagnosis of the problems they are experiencing and are educated on the multiple solution options that are available, they make great buying decisions for themselves and their home. When we come to your home we are not looking to waste your time by spending 2 hours on a sales pitch full of videos. We simply seek to understand what is happening at your home or business, educate you on what we find and consult with you on several options for repair. We are new to the industry as a company but there is no one on our team who does not have multiple years of experience either designing Foundation Solutions or installing those solutions. We saw a need for a company that provides straight and honest answers and leaves the buying decision in the hands of the customer where it belongs. We look forward to earning your trust first and then your business!

Had our back foundation wall waterproofed, the basement window enlarged to be a fire exit, and the concrete patio replaced. Work was ok, we had a lot of cleanups after the window was cut out which we did not really expect. Communication with subcontractors was not good. The patio installer, a subcontractor, saved the project in at the last second. They had NO idea what they needed to do and said that is typical when they work for Foundation pros. But pulled people in from other projects to make it happen. Happy with finished project.

Jeff came out and did exactly what is advertised on their website: inspected and educated. Excellent service with a depth of knowledge. My wife and I have owned a house for almost a couple years now that is 62-63 years old with a crawl space. It had some foundation work done sometime before we took ownership and we just wanted some peace of mind that everything was still solid. Jeff came out and ended up just doing a cursory inspection since my wife and I didn't need anything official, just a professional eye. I followed Jeff around as he was pointing things out. Thankfully there was nothing of concern, just points of interest, and a lot of education. At the end of it all, my wife and I are much more confident in the backbone of our house thanks to Jeff and the Foundation Professionals of Colorado.

They knew the code-related issues at hand and gave me evidence to consider as part of a warranty claim. I hired Foundation Professionals to level a patio slab that had shifted. Their tech made an error during the lift causing the slab to crack. They responded quickly and paid to have a new slab installed.
