Robert did a great job on upgrading the 50 year old furnace and upgraded by adding A/C unit, as well as replacing a 19 year old water heater. He was always updating progress and the scheduling of events such as when the water would be shut off and estimate for back on. Also the furnace for when the old furnace would shut down and the new one be back on-line, and the AC. He also removed an old soft water conditioner as part of the Project. So over all a hearty Well Done from this old sailor and engineer.

I called for a grill repair and he not only fixed that quickly.. he also repaired two dishwashers. The dishwasher repair required some ?creativity? for the repair but both work great now

I had a leaking 19 year old Burnham boiler that supplied a complicated home and detached building radiant hot water heat system. Burnham manufactures high cost- low quality boilers. Robert with Element 79 Mechanical has expert skills for selecting top quality replacement equipment. He re-calculated all of the heat loads for both buildings and recommended a hi-tech boiler that targets variable temperatures for supplying each zone so as to conserve natural gas fuel and offers perfectly controlled temperatures throughout the buildings. His knowledge of mixing and zone valves and safety control systems is unequaled. You won't be inconvenienced by multiple call backs to make things operational quickly. This is a nice company to do business with. They are problem solvers. I am pleased with there comprehensive services.

We hired Robert , who was able to come over the same afternoon. He tuned up the furnace AND diagnosed an issue we have been having intermittently. He worked for almost two hours to make sure our heating system was running the way it is supposed to, and did t charge any extra. He was friendly, helpful and explained everything he was doing and seeing. All this and it wasnâ t even an emergency. I would recommend him to my own mother and will definitely hire him again.

Fixed a 22 year old central HVAC fan motor that had failed in the summer heat. Inspected and cleaned the rest of the AC system. Looks and feels great. Didn't try to upsell us a new system, but pointed out it would need more frequent inspections. Perfect!

Professionals from business manager to boiler technician, who finally after years of hiring heating / air and plumbers, finally demonstrated knowledge, expertise and efficiency one would expect, and upgrading the boiler system to have it function as never before. I would highly recommend Element 79, particularly if having a boiler and need an experienced professional who will quickly diagnose and make repairs. Customer service from the front office as well as the Technician was very helpful and professional! Most of all they were honest, which is hard to find in a company. I requested some preventive maintenance for my HVAC that a duct cleaning company said I drastically needed. Instead of performing the job and just taking my money, Element 79 informed me that the preventive maintenance did not need to be performed and suggested ideas that would help my HVAC perform better. Highly recommend this company!
