"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"This was a local move in Los Angeles, and overall the experience was solid. I?ll start with the good part ? the movers knew what they were doing. Furniture was wrapped properly, boxes were handled with care, and nothing arrived broken or scratched, which is the most important thing for me. There were a couple of small things that weren?t perfect. One box ended up in the wrong room at first, and I had to ask them to move it again. Also, the disassembly of the bed took a bit longer than I expected, which slowed things down slightly. Nothing major, just small delays. That said, once everything was unloaded, they took the time to make adjustments without complaining. They moved the couch twice so it fit better, tightened the bed frame after setup, and made sure the heavier items were placed safely. "National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

"These guys were fast, efficient and professional. They caused very little damage and they got things done in a timely manner. I would use them again to move! "

"I had no idea in the long run.What company I actually was working with. In the end, I worked with two separate moving companies.This company itself actually did not move my stuff, they had other companies do the moving.I think this company is actually a broker and not movers themselves. Also my quote in the end was 2x the origonal because person didnt put right info in my quote. I was told that my items were being picked up by one company being stored in a warehouse could take 2 weeks to deliver. Then it was moved by another company. And when it did get to my location, I was told they weren't able to drive up my driveway. so I had to meet them with a uhaul which was another expense. But it was cheaper than having them put it in a U-Haul and bringing it which would have been another $1500. I did receive all my stuff. It took longer than I was originally told. This company did itself didnt do the move. Verify if your company is a broker or a moving co. Ill only use large like mayflower"

"what a rip-off! First day, they sent excellent movers who worked their tails off. Second day, they sent less-than-excellent people. On the third day, they sent 3 workers who stood around for 3 hours for which they charged me $1,100. BOTTOM LINE: Who would knowingly pay $1,100 to move one desk and unload 1/3 of a moving truck??? Oh, and did I mention they spent at least 30-45 minutes, discussing and masking up, after one of them stepped in puppy poop that was on a puppy training pad??? Again, WHAT A RIP-OFF!!!!!!!"

"I am giving this review 2 stars because my movers were great. The problem was the immense amount of add on fees for All My Sons. My labor was under $500 for my move and my fees ended up being over $500. AMS charge less per hour to draw you in and then kill you with fees. I turned down two other bids that would have been $250 less and charged more per hour. Huge mistake on my part. Plus I was told, in a conversation with the booking guy, that my mileage was going to be 30 mins to and from the depot for an hour charge and then on site it?s was $100 plus more! I did not take this out on my movers. It?s not their fault. Thank goodness for them, they caught an extra fee added to my bill for junk removal when I didn?t have one piece of junk leaving with them. It was under a misc fee! Beware! They will hold you goods on their truck until you pay their outrageous fees!"
