"Ryan and team excellent to partner with. He came out next day, gave free estimate. Gave competitive bid with exterior damage option as well as paint options. Terms fair, 30 percent down when started. His team started inside a week. The quality of their work was fantastic. The prep and caulking work was done without any shortcuts. "replace a wax ring that was leaking and drywall repair and paint ceiling that was damaged. On time and excellent price. Will use for whole room soon."
After taping off areas for over spray protection, the siding was stained with a spray rig for efficiency and good seal coverage. The deck will match at a later date.
This is the finished 2 coat stain sealer. Day 2 after 24hr dry . Beautiful warm colors for even late fall after the leaves will have dropped.
Siding first coat of stain and some trim vent repair.
After staining the top of the deck bringing color to the stairs.
