"This is my first time leaving a review for a company as I've never felt the need to, but using Pacific Environmental I feel I should share with my home owners. My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."

They followed up with a call to let me know my results as soon as they were ready, the promptly mailed and emailed the final report. "I have been working with Ron McProud since around 2004 when he found extensive mold in my home after heavy rains led to water penetration. Ron identified the scope of damage, specified the protocol for repair and monitored a third party mold remediation contractor to make sure that they fully-remediated. He issued a report that gave me (and the eventual buyer of the house) complete comfort that the mold had been remediated. At my next home, Ron found mold in our air conditioning return vent and again specified the correct scope of repair (which led to a significant savings, because the water remediation contractor was attempting to perform more work than required). He again provided expert advice regarding what furniture to keep, what to dispose, how to clean, etc. When we moved again to another house and had a blackwater flood from the downstairs bathroom, there was no question that we would call Ron. He came out, tested the area and this time (thankfully!) found no mold at all. It was good to knowo that we have Ron as a resource. He has become our trusted advisor with respect to all water intrusion. Whenever anyone asks for a mold inspector/water intrustion expert, I give them Ron McProud's contact info without any hesitation. In fact, I gave his name to the association of a new 50 unit condo project that was having mold issues, and he quickly assessed the problem and provided a cost-effective solution, reducing the anxiety of the new homeowners who had moved into the project. "Frank and his team at Circle Vision construction performed mold remediation on a home before we moved in.  What initially appeared to be a small spot underneath the kitchen sink turned into a large amount of black mold along the bottoms of most of the cabinets.  Additional mold was found around two of the toilets.  In each of the situations, Frank discussed the severity of the find, and what would be required to remediate it.  Our health is our #1 concern, so we elected to make sure that the mold was completely eradicated.  After each area was complete, it was certified by an independent lab.  Throughout the process, which occurred during a tight schedule to be moved in by a certain date, Frank was always available by phone and email.  Email these days is incredibly helpful as I was able to keep on top of the progress while still managing a hectic time at work.  I can easily recommend Frank and Circle Vision construction for the work they performed in the house."
