"Tommy was very clear about the scope of the work. Every step was clearly explained. The staff was polite, hard working and it was apparent that they wanted to do a good job."

"After the traumatic and heartbreaking experience of the Palisades fires, we had to go ahead and hire a remediation company. We just finished our remediation with Brett from Hunter Restoration and our apartment smells and looks great! Brett and Braulio did a wonderful job! Not only did they do an amazing job with our unit and were very hardworking and dedicated to making our place look amazing… They were also very compassionate, understanding, patient and worked with us and our situation to be able to make this happen for us as smoothly as possible. I met with almost 8 remediation companies… I’m happy I went with them… I will definitely go back to them for any future jobs I have. I cannot recommend them enough! They did a fantastic job! Thanks Hunter Restoration!"

"I priced a number of companies for asbestos testing of a structure. Kurtis responded promptly and was able to conduct the test within just a couple of days of my call. They followed up with a call to let me know my results as soon as they were ready, the promptly mailed and emailed the final report. Very nice and total pros and the price is among the best in the biz."

"Larry answered my call and explained why we have no need to remediate what was safe in its present condition, notwithstanding the re-roofing we are about to perform on the house. In other words, although he could have suggested we engage him for some remediation work for which I apparently would have had no need, he was honest and talked me out of paying for something I did not need. Class act."

"He did a good job and I was very happy.  He's a great guy and I would use him again."

"My remediation was challenging because I live a couple states away from the house I own. I had received a quote from another company saying that my whole bathroom needed to be torn out. When AM/PM inspected, they suspected that the damage was not that widespread. Sure enough, when they did the demo, the mold had not spread widely into the walls. I appreciated their honesty, even though it meant a smaller job. Maya came to the house to assess the damage, then remained my point of contact throughout the job. She was kind, knowledgable and professional. She even recommended a 3rd party testing company to come and certify their work. AND all of this happened over the Christmas holiday. I was very happy with the service overall. My bathroom looks great and I have a certificate of remediation for my tenants. Thankful for this team."

"Professional and more than complete in their work and reporting. We could not have been more satisfied."

"Vanessa is a joy to work with and asbestos removal can be stressful. She made the entire process easy and the crew was quick and courteous. I have a commercial property with acoustic ceilings. One by one I plan on removing the acoustic ceilings and look forward to working with this team again!"
