I don't know where to start from. If I could give Frank 10 stars over 5, I would. This is the second time I am using Frank from Aardvark Property Hazard Analysis to test a home for me prior to buying. Frank came on time, was very professional and discreet (made sure he discussed with me important information about the house) in privacy so that I may decide on my own term how to discuss my concerns with the sellers. He tested everything I needed, plus other issues that he found in the house. After submitting a very detailed inspection report (which I shared with sellers), he further extended himself to me to assist me in understanding what the findings meant. He came out a second time (free of charge) to draw diagrams and a plan for asbestos and lead and mold abatement. He independently submitted the scope of work needed to several bidders to directly contact me and give me their bids. That way, I can choose whom I want to do the job. I am extremely grateful. It is a breath of fresh air to have such an honest, dedicated hazard inspector that is professional and takes extra steps to insure the safety of his clients. Buying a home is stressful, but having someone like Frank do his best to assist makes the difference.

I recently had the unenviable task of taking care of a leak my neighbor caused to my rental unit. I found the field of mold and remediation to be checker boarded with people who will take advantage of you. The insurance companies will also try to take advantage of you in the process. When I called Frank, I immediately felt at ease. In dealing with him after a few minutes, I understood I had a winner. His expert knowledge, ability to communicate, and prompt service were impeccable.
He arrived on time with only two hours? notice then took a sample of the area. He talked to me about the process for the analysis. He then explained about the report process and lead-time on the results. I was in a rush and needed the sample the next day. I received the results and report in less than 24 hours. What really impressed me is he listened to my concerns and addressed them with common sense and his extensive knowledge. He did not try to take advantage of me but provided old-fashioned customer service.
The report I received was professional, precise, and included detailed pictures and analysis of what I was dealing with. I will always be thankful for everything he did for me. He gave me more value than anything I paid to him. He gave me peace of mind in the middle of chaos.

The most important concern of ours is customer satisfaction and we go out of our way to achieve this goal on every single project.
